About the Site

This site is dedicated to the great guitars and basses produced by G&L.  It is an enthusiast site and not a commercial enterprise.  Furthermore, it is intended that the site complement rather than compete with other G&L related wesites and communities.

Why Fender Avenue?  Well that's because the G&L factory is located at 2548 Fender Avenue, Fullerton, California 92831 ... the same factory where Leo and George Fullerton produced the early Music Man instruments.

At this time, the primary feature of the site is the forum where members are welcome to talk about G&L products, music in general or indeed any other topics or projects they are interested or engaged in.

What does the future hold?  Well who knows There will surely be a gallery, but what form it takes, how it is structures and what it contains will resolve itself in the weeks and months ahead.  What is certain is that contributions of G&L images from members will be invaluable.

Beyond that there are many possibilities .....
